Software License Agreement (Excerpt, please see the full SLA for
all details):

Invicro hereby grants a non-exclusive license to access, use for
Internal Use only and install the iPACS Sync(TM) (referred to as
"Software") with access and use of the Software subject to the
data limitations and the maximum number of users as set forth on
the agreement between licensee and Invicro, LLC,. "Internal Use"
means use directly related to an Authorized User's duties,
research, transactions or business which the Authorized User
performs for Licensee in the normal course of business, and will
specifically not include, without limitation, service bureau,
time sharing, or other similar services for the benefit of any
third party except as may be specifically authorized in the
agreement between licensee and Invicro, LLC,.

Licensee shall not modify, copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or
sublicense the Software, or transfer or convey the Software or
any right in the Software to any persons or entities except as
specifically set forth in Section 2 of the full license
agreement. Licensee shall not allow access to or use of the
Software by any persons or entities that are not employees,
agents or contractors of Licensee or are otherwise Authorized
Users as set forth on the agreement between licensee and
Invicro, LLC, (together, the "Authorized Users") without the prior
written consent of Invicro;  and in any event the number of users
shall not exceed the maximum number of users set forth in the
agreement between licensee and Invicro, LLC,.

The software is licensed for use on Windows 7/8/10 (32/64
bit), Mac OSX 10.6-10.15 and CentOS 6 operating systems. Upgrades to the
Software are available at no cost for subscribers of a Invicro
software service contract unless otherwise noted in the software
agreement between the licensee and Invicro, LLC.

Please contact your sales representative should you have any
questions about this. Given a previous purchase of a Software
license, previous versions of the Software may still be available
at no cost without a service contract via the Software homepage
(see below). Please check there for details.

DO NOT UPGRADE iPACS Sync(TM) IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE
CONTRACT STATUS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR Invicro SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE (e.g. support@invicro.com).
