🚀 Major Features & Improvements

Dynamic Data & ROI Enhancements

Dynamic data now defaults to displaying the last frame upon loading, improving the initial viewing experience
Dynamic ROI layers with Datapoint analysis type allow richer time-activity curve workflows
Dynamic ROI statistics population in Datapoint mode has been corrected for accurate quantification
ROI Plot now supports Dynamic ROIs out of the box

Brain Atlas Workflow Improvements

Custom brain atlas naming now supports hyphens, dashes, and non-alphabet characters without breaking atlas creation
Fixed incorrect template file naming in the Brain Atlas Wizard
Added user warnings when Brain Atlas is used in unsupported modes
Resolved total mass calculation issue where image mass was incorrectly reported as zero

White Light & Rendering

Improved the efficiency and reliability of White Light rendering (Part 2 of ongoing effort)
Investigated and addressed resampling rendering for 2D images

SUV & Quantification

SUV calculator now allows more decimal places for greater precision
SUV updates include voxel validation for more accurate standardized uptake values
Fixed VQ preprocessing tool errors when converting %ID/g to SUV values, including weight and dose unit assumptions

Scripting & Documentation

Added a link to the VQ Script Manual in the Help menu for easier discoverability
Created a basic "Getting Started with ROIs" VQS script
Published additional automation test scripts to the VQS documentation site
Added more obvious visual indicators for deprecated APIs in VQS docs

UI & Usability

View angle and speed settings for view control sliders are now saved and restored
ROI table resize behavior is now responsive to contents
Arithmetic operator's "Merge" function renamed to "Max" for clarity
Reduced default shape count in the splitting tool group for a cleaner workflow
Added slice gap setting to the configuration UI
Notification windows no longer lost when unparented

Fixed "Open Unknown" displaying as the title for the Append Data modal
Resolved DICOM Dump modal going behind the main window on macOS
Fixed Annotation Examiner window layering issues
Corrected macOS full-screen UI toolbar duplication
Fixed plane view scrolling increments being too high
Updated iPACSSync installer to ship the current version instead of an ancient one
Prevented DICOM Browser crashes after closing the window
Help menu update check now always shows the dialog regardless of muted notification settings
Neighborhood thresholding no longer requires ROI to be on the same layer
Fixed unlimited cols/rows in Rectangle/Cylinder groups
Resolved Operator tabs duplicating after resizing the VQ app
