True if the parsed filename explicitly contained the "Atlas" suffix.

Anatomical modality.

Empty for ROI (.rmha) files.

Examples:

• CT
• MR
• PET

Prefix preceding the animal name.

Examples:

• invicro
• MyCustom
• "" (no prefix)
